One of the requirements of this scheme is that our breeding stock should be health tested.
Recently the Animal Health Trust has made a DNA test available to us for PLL an eye condition that is occasionally found in our breed. Up to now all we could do was get our dogs’ eyes tested regularly by an Ophthalmic Veterinary Surgeon.
